• 2-year warranty for natural wood products.
• 1-year warranty for industrial wood products and sofas.
• 6-month warranty for decorative items.

2. Warranty and Maintenance Policy

Warranty covers technical defects such as termites, natural wood cracks or splits, paint color fading, and abnormal cushion sinking.

3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty:

Products beyond the warranty period and without an Duc Loi Furniture (M Home Decor) warranty card.

Products damaged due to improper use, misuse, or not following the usage instructions:

• Exposure to direct sunlight.
• Placed in a humid environment.
• Damaged by insects or termites.
• Exposure to corrosive chemicals.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or changes to the original design and functionality by the user.
